HARYANA & PUNJAB DAY CELEBRATIONS

                                      “DAV POLICE PUBLIC SCHOOL PANCHKULA CELEBRATED HARYANA & PUNJAB DAY”

DAV Police Public School Police lines Panchkula celebrated “HARYANA & PUNJAB DAY  by showing various colours of these two states.  A special assembly was conducted on weekend. Students dressed up in ethnic costumes of Haryana and Punjab in all classes. Children sang folk songs and performed folk dances.  Children also made posters on Haryana and Punjab Day. A quiz and Declamation on “Creation of Punjab & Haryana” were conducted for the senior students. Children Prepared different cuisines of Haryana and Punjab with the help of parents and discussed their ingredients and nutrition value of them.
