Students taken for an educational trip to golden City of India.

 With an objective to provide experiential learning on history and cross culture  the students of D.A.V. Police Public School, Panchkula of Classes VI- IX were taken for one day educational trip to Golden City of India- Amritsar. There were 120 students who were accompanied by the school  teachers anAnchord tour escorts.  The excursion team visited all the major places of tourist interest in the city. The day started with paying of obeisance at the Golden Temple where students could feel serenity in the air. This was followed with a visit to JallianwalaBagh which enlightened the students about its historical importance and made their emotions stirred. In the evening students headed to the Wagah Border where they witnessed the beating retreat ceremony there which was indeed mesmerizing experience for all.  The trip was immensely enjoyed by students taking back numerous pleasurable memories.
